Apple has announced iPad Air 2, the thinnest iPad ever. 6.1 mm thin and weighing less than a pound, iPad Air 2 features an improved Retina display with anti-reflective coating and is available in gold, silver and space gray. The new iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3 offer Touch ID so users can unlock their iPad with just the touch of a finger and make purchases within apps using Apple Pay.

Google has announced Android device share data for this year. Based on the released data, Jelly Bean has largest share with 4.1.x @ 35.9%. This data is based on devices running the latest Google Play Store app, which are compatible with Android 2.2 and higher.
KitKat is ramping up with 1.4% share so far while Ice Cream Sandwich has usage of 16.9%.

Motorola has started to roll out Android 4.4.2, KitKat—the very latest version on Moto G. At the launch of Moto G last month, company had committed to delivering Android, KitKat, to devices by early 2014. Zoho has announced a new offering Zoho Vault, an online password manager for teams and businesses. According to company, Zoho Vault securely stores all passwords, online credentials, financial records and other sensitive information in a centralized repository, generate strong, unique passwords, organize them for easy access and management and also safely share them among work groups.
In Linux, it is recommended to store the password in /etc/shadow file. In case, if /etc/shadow file is not available then the Linux saves the password in /etc/passwd by default. The advantage of using /etc/shadow file is that it is accessible only by the root user. However, /etc/passwd is readable by all users.
